In 2015, we instituted an online payment system for our residents to pay their Annual Homeowners dues online. The processor called PayLease, specializes in working with Homeowner Associations. They will process your payment for a nominal convenience fee which will be paid by the homeowner. This process is compliant with our bylaws and the convenience of this method of payment will pay your dues in full and avoid any late or finance charges on the account. Additionally, there are no hassles with stamps or worries about receipt of your payment; you receive an immediate confirmation of the payment. You indicate how much you would like to pay, place your payment information into the system and submit!

It will ask you at first to create a simple FREE account to keep track of your payments, and from there it will go to the payment screen.
