Rebecca Warren from the humane society will be at the meeting to share plans for their new facility at the end of Fieldstone Blvd and answer questions from residents at the April 2019 board meeting.
A Few Important Reminders:
-
The winter season is upon us! For the safety of all residents and to avoid costly damage to vehicles and property, limit parking on the streets during the day and no overnight parking on the streets. If there is snow predicted for the area, please be proactive and remove all vehicles from the roadways so the snowplows can properly maintain the roads throughout the subdivision. This is especially important on the side streets.
-
A nice looking neighborhood affects the property value of all residents. We have had several residents contact board members about unsightly property conditions. Please make arrangements to keep your property attractive as there are several local businesses that provide lawn and handyman services.
-
A few residents have mentioned criminal activity occurring in the neighborhood in regards to vehicles. To avoid loss of your property and damage to your vehicles, please keep valuables out of sight and your vehicle doors locked. We recommend to follow a similar practice in regards to your home especially your garage. If an unfortunate loss of property should occur, please contact the Sheriff’s department to make a police report. Such reports will increase police presence in Fieldstone and adjacent neighborhoods.
