A Few Important Reminders:

• The fall season will be here soon! Be mindful of your vehicle speed on the streets as there is an increased number of children playing and residents and pets walking throughout the neighborhood. For the safety of all residents and animals, limit parking on the streets during the day and no overnight parking on the streets. Please remove all vehicles from the roadway into garages and driveways or find other suitable storage alternatives.

• A nice looking neighborhood affects the property value of all residents. We have had several residents mention to board members about overgrown lawns, trash visible from the roadway or houses needing upkeep. Please make arrangements to keep your property attractive as there are several local businesses that provide lawn and handyman services.

• A few residents have mentioned criminal activity occurring in the neighborhood in regards to vehicles. To avoid loss of your property and damage to your vehicles, please keep valuables out of sight and your vehicle doors locked. We recommend to follow a similar practice in regards to your home especially your garage. If an unfortunate loss of property should occur, please contact the Sheriff’s department to make a police report. Such reports will increase police presence in Fieldstone and adjacent neighborhoods.
