Annexation areas 1A & 1B have secured legal representation after the City of Bloomington reviewed all submitted waivers. We will communicate more information as it becomes available. We want to thank all volunteers who spent countless hours in bad weather, went door by door and offered the convenience for our residents to sign the official remonstrance waiver.
