- The summer season is upon us which includes an increased amount of motorized and pedestrian traffic. For the safety of all residents and animals, please limit parking on the streets during the day and no overnight parking on the streets. Please remove all vehicles from the roadway into garages and driveways or find other suitable storage alternatives.
- All residents were mailed the annual dues notice and a referendum for covenant changes. We extended the deadline for the referendum for covenants changes to April 30th to ensure all residents an opportunity to complete this. We are currently compiling the results of the referendum changes and will be working with our attorney for changes to be made to the covenants and restrictions document.
- If you have not paid your annual dues assessment for the 2018 year, your account has been assessed finance charges and will be subjected to collection by our attorney. It is imperative for all residents to pay these assessments on time as operating expenses come from the collection of these funds.
