A nice-looking neighborhood affects the property value of all residents. When residents contact the board members about unsightly property conditions, the board will send a letter to the homeowner and follow-up to ensure the property condition has improved. If no change has occurred, the board may defer the violation to the association attorney for further action. Please make arrangements to keep your property attractive. If assistance is needed with home maintenance, there are several local businesses that provide lawn and handyman services.

A few residents have mentioned criminal activity occurring in the neighborhood in regard to vehicles. To avoid loss of your property and damage to your vehicles, please keep valuables out of sight and your vehicle doors locked. We recommend following a similar practice in regard to your home especially your garage. If an unfortunate loss of property should occur, please contact the Sheriff’s department to make a police report. Such reports will increase police presence in Fieldstone and adjacent neighborhoods.
