Deadline to sign Remonstrance waivers is January 6, 2022 at 4pm at the Monroe County courthouse on Kirkwood Ave. Any waivers signed after this date and time are void.

UPDATE: The deadline for signing the remonstrance waivers was January 6, 2022. The city is currently reviewing all waivers for validity before rendering a final annexation decision. Fieldstone is part of the 1A area and media channels are reporting that 1A may have had enough votes to block the annexation from occurring. We will await the official decision and will post accordingly when available. We want to thank all volunteers who spent countless hours in bad weather, went door by door and offered the convenience for our residents to sign the official remonstrance waiver.
